None of our clients have reported fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of orders made at the Corporate Creations web site. All of your transactions at the Corporate Creations web site are covered by our secure server guarantee:

1. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks that issue credit cards either cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use or may limit your liability to just $50. Banks in the United States are required to limit your liability to just $50 for unauthorized use of your credit card because of a federal law passed by the U.S. Congress in 1975 known as the Fair Credit Billing Act.

3. If your bank holds you liable, Corporate Creations will cover your liability up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from orders made at the Corporate Creations web site while using the secure server.

This guarantee only applies to purchases made using our secure server and covers a maximum liability of $50. You must immediately notify us and your credit card issuer in writing of any unauthorized use.

If you prefer not to send your credit card number over the Internet, please fill out our order form online, but enter only the first four digits and expiration date for your credit card, then press "Submit this Form" and call or fax us with your complete credit card number to complete your transaction. Each Corporate Creations office is open from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
